Cape promenade brightens Rehoboth Bandstand

Cape Henlopen High School students participated in the junior-senior prom at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand May 9. Before the event started, attendees were introduced to a crowd of friends and family at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand.
