Bowdon Middle students get unique learning experience

Thirty-five Bowdon Middle School eighth-graders learned about several facets of Bowdon’s history on a field trip to the Bowdon Area Historical Society’s museum in a session conducted by SUSTAIN. (a local nonprofit group) and the historical society. Students interacted with local presenters in ”Voices of the Land: Journey Through Bowdon’s Academic, Black, Military and Native History” highlighting how the community was shaped.
