New exhibit: Marilyn Monroe remains an American icon at 100

STAFFORD — Marilyn Monore would have turned 100 on June 1st. She is still one of the best-known icons of America. The Academy Museum of Motion Pictures is unveiling a new exhibition, “Marilyn Monroe - American Icon.” Fifty-four percent of Marilyn’s followers are under the age of 34.
