CEO of Arkansas TV says Sanders offering public broadcaster $500,000 in state reserve funds

Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders has offered Arkansas TV $500,000 from her restricted reserve fund to help pay for operations and infrastructure improvements, said Carlton Wing, the public television station's executive director and CEO.
