Fireworks, history -- and maybe the moonwalk -- on tap for Texarkana's Juneteenth celebration

TEXARKANA, Ark. -- A Michael Jackson impersonator and a fireworks show are in the lineup for the Citywide Juneteenth Festival on Saturday at Four States Fairgrounds.
