OhioHealth, U.S. DOJ, Ohio AG reach agreement on ‘anticompetitive’ care contracts

COLUMBUS — OhioHealth, whose health network includes hospitals in both Van Wert and Kenton, has reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice and the Ohio Attorney General’s office that will end litigation over the network’s language in its managed care contracts, according to a Tuesday release from OhioHealth.
