Funeral services for Johnnie Pond, 83-year-old Buffalo resident who passed away Saturday at the V.A. Medical Center in Sheridan, will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 9 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Buffalo with Father Todd Young officiating. Interment will be in the Willow Grove Cemetery immediately following the service with the VFW and American Legion in charge of Military Honors. Donations in Johnnie’s memory may be made to the Bread of Life Food Pantry at 178 S.
