Stillwater to celebrate hometown hero who founded Radio City Music Hall and the Rockettes

The free event will feature 200 free New York-style kosher hot dogs, 100 giant chilled kosher pickles on a stick and a special appearance by a historical interpreter portraying Roxy Rothafel.
