Mohegan Arena officials discuss Manilow concert, plans to replace water fountains with refill stations

During the Luzerne County Convention Center Authority board meeting on Wednesday, officials discussed last week's Barry Manilow concert and plans to replace water fountains with 10 water refilling stations.
