Rancho Alegre, a 178-acre estate near Santa Fe and owned by former Harley-Davidson CEO Jochen Zeitz, has hit the market for $16.5 million. The property features a private village plaza, recording studio, chapel-turned-movie theater and more than 20,000 square feet of living space.
