Hazleton City Authority reviewing payment to City of Hazleton

The Hazleton City Authority asked its auditors to review the legality of the City of Hazleton's request on Tuesday night to transfer $3.4 million annually to fund future city projects, including a homestead exemption for Hazleton residents.
