A Rome Free Academy Spanish teacher and mother of two young boys shined again in her second bodybuilding competition last month. Tory Ferlo earned her Bikini Masters OCB Pro Card in the Master’s Division and was also first in the Novice Division on June 20 at OCB Elevate at the School of the Arts Theatre in Rochester.
