Molly Tuttle, a onetime bluegrass guitar prodigy from Northern California who became the first woman to win the International Bluegrass Music Association’s Guitar Player of the Year award in 2017, makes her HopMonk debut next week with two outdoor concerts in Novato that will showcase her new musical direction — a bold breakout from traditional bluegrass into the wider world of rock and pop.
