Jill Scott Tierra Whack Norf Side Music Video

North Philly natives Jill Scott and Tierra Whack released new music video for their collaboration, 'Norf Side,' a song on Scott's comeback album 'To Whom This May Concern.' The duo also performed the track at Philly's Fourth of July concert last week.
