Met Museum, several elite NYC prep schools among 76 buildings positive for bacteria behind Legionnaires’ outbreak

The New York City Health Department announced on Tuesday that they have ordered a total of 76 buildings to clean and disinfect their cooling towers after they tested positive for Legionella bacteria amid an outbreak that has sickened 60 people.
