OLEAN — Seven recent graduates have received scholarship awards celebrating students in the arts from funds managed by the Cattaraugus Region Community Foundation. Jabreyah Brown of Olean and Myra Sprout of Portville each received the Carroll Swanson Memorial Scholarship for the Performing Arts for $300.
