Taylor Farms recalls iceberg lettuce linked to ‘explosive diarrhea’ outbreak as cases near 7,000

Taylor Fresh Foods and Taylor Farms said they are recalling all of its iceberg lettuce sourced from central Mexico that was sold in the U.S. amid an outbreak of explosive diarrhea caused by a parasite.
