Potomac and Patuxent Open for Striper Season May 16

Striped bass season opens Saturday, May 16, in the Potomac River with keepers in the 19-24 inch slot. The Patuxent opens to Point Patience on May 16 and the full river on June 1. Local anglers report good catches at Cedar Point and the Power Plant.
