These Terms work with the main SpiderTaz Network legal terms. EatDrama-specific terms control EatDrama use where they address entertainment discovery, source-derived coverage, contributor material, reactions, comments, creator plugs, promotions, or public entertainment discussion.

1. Platform Ownership and Protected Work

EatDrama.com, including its page structure, design, branding, content organization, creator presentation, discovery systems, rankings, layout, compilations, databases, code structure, and user experience are owned, controlled, developed, or licensed by EatDrama or its network unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, clone, scrape, mirror, republish, sell, reverse engineer, frame, extract, or use EatDrama as a blueprint for a competing or similar website, database, media platform, creator directory, search product, AI training dataset, or commercial service without written permission.

2. Permitted Website Use

EatDrama provides entertainment, celebrity, drama, gossip, lifestyle, creator, event, and viral culture discovery features. You agree to use the website only for lawful, personal, and permitted purposes.

You may not abuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, overload servers, harvest data, bypass protections, submit spam, impersonate others, interfere with accounts, or use automation in a way that copies, extracts, damages, or exploits the platform.

Labels, placement, and surrounding context may be used to separate reporting, developing coverage, commentary, contributor posts, community material, and promotion.

EatDrama may remove, hide, reorganize, reclassify, edit, correct, decline, archive, or limit content at any time for quality, safety, legal, editorial, business, rights-holder, source, moderation, or platform reasons.

4. Accounts, Reactions, Plugs, and Creator Features

EatDrama uses shared SpiderTaz Network identity for account access. EatDrama-specific records may store local profile, contributor, post, comment, reaction, plug, saved-work, preference, promotion, moderation, or activity information tied to that shared user identity. You are responsible for account activity and for keeping account access secure.

By submitting profile information, links, images, videos, descriptions, comments, reactions, plugs, posts, gossip, lifestyle material, entertainment tips, statements, or other material, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant EatDrama a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, format, display, promote, index, archive, moderate, and use that material in connection with EatDrama.

You may not submit unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, exploitative, invasive, impersonation, doxxing, spam, malware, confidential, private, or rights-infringing material. Reaction volume, plugs, comments, saves, follows, or other activity signals are not proof that a claim is true.

5. No Guaranteed Placement or Availability

Listings, rankings, cards, creator visibility, search results, feeds, categories, reactions, links, and promotional placements may change, pause, be removed, be monetized, or be discontinued at any time. EatDrama does not guarantee traffic, income, rankings, placement, or availability.

6. Scraping, Automation, and AI Extraction

Automated extraction, scraping, bulk downloading, content spinning, database reconstruction, training-data harvesting, cloning, or systematic copying is prohibited unless expressly allowed in writing. EatDrama may block, throttle, log, challenge, or pursue action against activity that appears abusive or extractive.

7. Affiliate Links, Ads, and Promotions

EatDrama may include affiliate links, advertising, sponsored content, creator promotions, network promotions, and monetized recommendations. EatDrama or its network may receive compensation when visitors interact with qualifying links or offers.

Paid placement, sponsorship, promoted distribution, featured placement, and advertising must not purchase factual verification, editorial conclusions, correction suppression, organic ranking, or source credibility. Commercial material should be labeled or presented so users can understand when money, promotion, or placement may be involved.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, EatDrama, its owners, operators, affiliates, contributors, and network partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website, third-party links, public content, account features, or platform changes.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EatDrama, SpiderTaz Network, and related parties from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, and fees arising from your use of EatDrama, your submissions, posts, plugs, comments, uploads, account activity, promotion activity, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party's rights.
