USPS gives look inside upgraded Texarkana sorting center

TEXARKANA, Texas -- The U.S. Postal Service hosted a tour of its new sorting and delivery center (SDC) for attendees to watch a demonstration of its new package sorting machine and to showcase other state-of-the- art upgrades.
