PACC Eastside reopens for adoptions following distemper outbreak at Tucson shelter

TUCSON, Ariz. (KVOA) - The Pima Animal Care Center will reopen one of its adoption facilities this weekend after a disease outbreak forced the shelter to temporarily halt operations.
