Alpha Dental Excellence Pennsylvania Medicare Fraud Settlement

Alpha Dental Excellence was ordered to pay patients about $517,000 in restitution in a settlement. Attorney General Dave Sunday said the Langhorne clinic upsold expensive services on the promise that Medicare would cover them.
