Resignation, rescinded: Health and Human Services Secretary Richard Charest to stay on

Rhode Island Health and Human Services Secretary Richard Charest isn’t retiring on July 3 as planned, after Gov. Dan McKee asked him to stay on to help oversee state healthcare programs.
