TN representative files 14 federal civil rights complaints against DCS over treatment of children with disabilities, placement issues

Tennessee Representative Aftyn Behn filed a 14 civil right complaints against the Tennessee Department of Children’s Services with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Service Office.
