Arkansas medical board suspends El Dorado pediatrician’s license, cites 289 prescriptions with ‘street value’

An El Dorado pediatrician's medical license has been suspended on an emergency basis by a state panel that said she repeatedly overprescribed antihistamines and other medication to 17 patients.
