Meeting Street property, home to Charleston’s Theatre 99, sells for nearly $7M

The property at 280 Meeting St. in Charleston finally sold, nearly a year after a controversial request to raze and redevelop a partially historic building on the site popped up on a city agenda. Plans call for six condos and a retail spot.
