Minot State University’s annual NOTSTOCK arts festival returns Sept. 24-26, inviting students, faculty, staff, families,and community members to explore the arts through hands-on activities, artist demonstrations, exhibitions, presentations, music, poetry, storytelling, theatre and workshops.
